  • Equity check between $1M to $10M
  • Potential to add significant value through redevelopment, repositioning and/or retenanting. Exceptional development projects and stabilized properties will also be considered
  • May acquire or invest in debt instruments supported by real estate

We will consider acquisitions in any geography in the United States. We target markets that have good underlying fundamentals for future stability and growth. We will consider investments in primary, secondary, and tertiary markets, as well as rural properties with substantial barriers to entry to the property type in question.
