Harvey has over 40 years of experience in both private equity and real estate as an operator, entrepreneur, board member and investor. Previously, Harvey served as President & CEO of Grace Home Centers West, which operated 90 home improvement centers in the western United States and was President & CEO of Ole’s Home Centers, Inc., which was the sixteenth largest home improvement center chain in the United States when it was sold to W.R. Grace. Harvey was also the founding CEO and Chairman of Stør. Harvey earned a MBA from Columbia University.
Peter, through an affiliated fund, manages a real estate portfolio including being responsible for purchasing over $1 billion of assets. Peter has been a board member for many not-for-profit institutions. Peter serves as a member of the Board of Directors of several companies, including Spiral Binding (largest independent business-to-business supplier of document finishing and binding supplies and equipment in the U.S.) and ThriftBooks (largest e-retailer of used books). Peter earned a B.A., with highest honors, from Princeton University, a Master’s of Music degree from The Juilliard School and a Doctorate in Music Composition from the University of Texas. Peter’s compositions have received international awards and recognition.
With over 10 years of investing experience, Megan focuses on acquiring and supporting KCB Real Estate’s properties. Megan, has collectively closed 23 deals with an asset value of over $500 million during her tenure with KCB. Through an affiliate, Megan also acquires and supports portfolio companies. Prior to joining KCB, Megan was an associate at Grayhawk Capital, where she was responsible for acquisitions and portfolio management of early to growth stage technology companies. Megan earned a BS in Finance from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and holds a certificate in International Business.
Christian is responsible for the management of over $1 billion of diverse commercial real estate assets, including a multi-family portfolio of over 10,000 units in throughout the U.S.. Prior to joining KCB, Christian spent 10 years at Trimont Real Estate Advisors as an Asset Manager. Christian earned a B.S. from the University of Nevada, and a Master of Business Administration from National University.
Lorin’s primary focus is on acquiring and supporting KCB Private Equity’s portfolio companies. Lorin has over 20 years of experience, including 10 years of experience directly managing retail operations for national as well as growing chains. Lorin serves as a member of the Board of Directors on several companies, including Spiral Binding (largest independent business-to-business supplier of document finishing and binding supplies and equipment in the U.S.) and ThriftBooks (largest e-retailer of used books). Lorin also serves as the treasurer of Sequoyah School. Lorin earned a B.A. in Mathematics and Economics from Colby College and a MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden Graduate School of Business Administration.
Bob’s primary focus is on acquiring and supporting KCB Private Equity’s portfolio companies. Bob has over 20 years of experience in private equity and consulting. Bob’s has significant experience working with small and middle-market companies. Bob serves as a member of the Board of Directors of several companies, including Spiral Binding (largest independent business-to-business supplier of document finishing and binding supplies and equipment in the U.S.) and ThriftBooks (largest e-retailer of used books). Bob is a CPA, graduated from the University of Delaware with a B.S. in Accounting and earned an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden Graduate School of Business Administration where he received the Faculty Award for Academic Excellence.
Operations & Investor Relations Manager
Erin’s primary responsibility is interfacing with KCB’s investors for support, reporting and general inquiries. Prior to joining KCB, Erin was a Client Services Manager for The Fuller Foundation, and its’ wholly owned subsidiary, Fuller Investment Management Company. During her tenure at Fuller, Erin served as the first line of support for both the Foundation’s charitable clientele as well as the firm’s investors, and prepared reporting on the firm’s fund of hedge funds and traditional model portfolios. Additionally, Erin brings over seven years of experience in the insurance industry as well as three years of banking experience. Erin is a certified notary public.
Sukriti’s primary focus is on financial modeling and due diligence of investment opportunities. Previously, Sukriti worked as a Senior Analyst in the Investment Banking Group at Deloitte Corporate Finance, focusing on execution of middle-market M&A transactions across a variety of industries. Sukriti holds a B.S. in Finance from the Wharton School and a B.S. in Materials Science and Engineering from the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences at the University of Pennsylvania.
